Ellen McGovern is Director of SWPN’s Family Hub. She is a  management level clinical social work professional with over 25 years of experience in Outpatient (OPD), Intensive In Community (IIC), adult & adolescent residential, Nurtured Heart, Family Strengthening Protective Factors, parenting, housing, homeless, and primary prevention programming.

Prior to joining SWPN, she served as the Division Director at Catholic Charities of Newark she was responsible for the clinical supervision and service delivery for residential mental health housing, outpatient services, IIC, and homeless shelters.

Ellen holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University Graduate School of Social Work, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified NJ School Social Worker, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor.
