How Does it Work?
Our vision is to break the cycle of poverty in the South Ward by giving residents the skills they need to secure and keep good jobs with opportunities for advancement. We want to help you achieve your dreams and create economic opportunities for future generations.
We provide opportunities for you to learn new skills and find a path to a better job. We can connect you to certification programs, credentialing programs, and higher education. We also offer job readiness training and workshops to help you build your career skills. And when you complete one of our programs, we can connect you directly to employers

Current Pathways
We are currently partnered with a few organizations that offer the following career pathways:
A tech based credentialing program that will prepare you for careers in Data Science, Web Development & Design, and Cybersecurity.
A health based credentialing program that will prepare residents for a career as a Medical Assistant opening the door to various careers in the healthcare industry.
A hybrid non-traditional college degree program that leads to careers in management, communications, healthcare management, and teaching.
